LONDON, UK - 8 Nov 07: DataGenic announced their continued business expansion, with the addition of Mr Jack Lazo and Mr Geoff Urbach to support and develop the growing number of opportunities in the Asia-Pacific region. Based in Singapore, Mr Lazo will lead all sales and account management activities in the Asia Pacific region for DataGenic. Mr Urbach, who is based in Melbourne, will support software technical sales, software implementation projects, and provide product direction for DataGenic Software across Asia Pacific. Mr Lazo has over 17 years of experience in enterprise IT sales and marketing, and business development; including work with SunGard, Triple Point and ATOS-Origin in the Asia-Pacific region, Japan, Australia and the Middle-East. Mr Lazo will head the sales and account management department, as Regional Sales Director, Asia Pacific. Mr Lazo comments “DataGenic have a unique offering in the marketplace, the agility of a small company and a regional based pricing structure” said Mr Lazo. “Clients no longer accept force fitted products, with a large price tag to match. Mr Urbach has over 15 years of IT development experience and has managed and delivered a number of large high profile projects in the region. He has also been responsible for implementing and streamlining development processes, methodologies and tools across client organisations.
